How do I get PDW every MONTH!
Well You sign up for a subscription. It is very easy! Every month on the 25 we showcase all new kits for the following month. PDW offers a main kit and always a specialty kit plus one or two additional kits. As a subber you will recive the MAIN KIT every month as that is the KIT we offer for our subscriptions. You {subber} will also have the oppertunity to purchase our other kits on the 24th in your subber email that you will recive before the kits go "live" to the public on the 25th.

WHIMSY TID-BIT: this is a re-occurring subscription, once you sign up you are obligated to at least 6 months of PDW. After your 6 months have past you can cancel at anytime without penalty.

PDW does NOT allow you to skip months.

we also offer one time purchases of our kits on the 25th of the month.

PDW subscription: 33.50 per month plus 7.95 shipping

PDW one time purchase: 35.50 plus 7.95 shipping

When are the kits shipped?
Subscription orders and individual orders placed will be shipped on or before the 1Oth of each month by UPS. International, FPO, and APO will ship by USPS.It does take us a few days to ship ALL the kits out. A shipping charge of $7.95 will apply to your first kit, and $1.95 for each additional kit.

How do I find out what's going on with Polka dot Whimsy?
It's easy, just sign up for our newsletter. Lots of cool stuff always going on.

How do I pay for my kit?
You will see a Paypal link on the kits page. Paypal accepts all major credit cards or your Paypal account.

What if my kit is damaged?
Well we hope not, but if something is not right go ahead and email me and we can figure it out together.

Canellation Policy: This is a reoccurring subscription. That means that it will not end unless you notify PDW. If at anytime you wish to STOP your sub, you need to send me a email by the 1st of the month previous that you wish to cancel. This is what i mean, if you wish to cancel your sub in november, you would need to notify me on or before the 1st of september of your cancellation.  If it's past the 1st, you will need to take the next months' kit  as it has already been ordered for you. There is also cancellation fee if $25.00, only if you do not cancel before the 1st of the month previous  and/OR before you have full-filled 6 months of a subscription to PDW.

Do you ship internationally?
Of course we do. Here are our rates:

• Canada and Mexico: Priority (6-10 days) Actual USPS shipping charges
• International: Priority (6-10 days) Actual USPS shipping charges

Shipping will vary due to weight of kits.

Where are the instructions for the Kits?
A link will be provided on your Paypal invioce when you check out. This is done to keep costs down and to provide you with a more valuable kit.

I emailed you yesterday and haven't heard back yet????
While i try to answer all of your emails within 24 hours, sometimes life does take over and especially when it is a day when kits go live, we get WAY more emails, so it may take up to a little longer to address each one of you. I appreciate your business SO much and it will NEVER take longer than 72 hours but i always shoot for 24..

Product in kits:

at times we {PDW} have to substitute product. It is NOT our goal to do this but sometimes it is out of our hands. If this happens , it will be noted on the web site.
